Every Minnesotan—regardless of their skin color, income, or zip code—deserves a stable and affordable home. But in every corner of our state,neighbors are struggling to find the type of home their family needs and afford their rent and mortgage, all because of outdated and exclusionary zoning laws that make housing more expensive, segregate our neighborhoods, and increase our carbon emissions.  It is time for state legislators to take bold action to address Minnesota’s housing shortage by legalizing more types of homes. This rally is hosted by ISAIAH in partnership with Yes to Homes Coalition. ISAIAH is a multi-racial, state-wide, nonpartisan coalition of faith communities fighting for racial and economic justice in Minnesota.
