The St. Luke folk group is a musical group dedicated to performing primarily folk music with forays into blues, gospel, blue grass, pop and worship music. We are volunteer led and open to singers who like to sing melody or can harmonize by ear and instrumentalists (guitar, recorder, percussion, mandolin, banjo, harmonica, fiddle, etc.) who like to learn music mostly by ear with chord sheets. Our arrangements are truly a collaborative effort with all members encouraged to offer ideas. We sing for services once a month with occasional “secular” gigs. Sometimes we just get together and play for fun. If you are looking for a fun musical outlet, The St. Luke Folk Group is for you!

Rehearsals are typically the even numbered Mondays for the full group, the even numbered Thursdays for the instrumentalists, and early on the Sundays we sing. Other rehearsals are scheduled as needed. Please check the Calendar published on this web site to confirm practices.
