The Elders are chosen by the congregation to exercise leadership and governance of the congregation along with the pastors.  Each Elder is responsible for specific areas in the life of St. Luke. They serve as members of the session. An Elder is elected for a three-year term with one third of the Elders rotating off Session each year.
